Students in both 8TM2 and 8TM5 have finished the term in food technology with a bang. Utilising seasonal produce in preserves (passionfruit curd and capsicum relish, that were made previously in the term) students worked in groups to design and make sustainable meals. This assessment was both practical in class and through a portfolio completed earlier in the term.
Attached are the photos of both savoury and sweet recipes which both classes made during weeks 8 to 10 of this term. Great work year 8 – you have all worked very hard to complete these recipes in the time given.
